To answer your question, I think we are golden...Chin is certainly taking his damn sweet time but I do think that this is legit...Now more than ever since GSLO is down for the count...Anyone who thinks that SNRS hasn't been looked at by the SEC is delusional...I wouldnt be surprised if SNRS and GSLO were looked at simultaneously..So many peeps have written the SEC and think that the PR's are very suspicious, there is no way SNRS was over looked..Plus, I do feel that Apple would have spoken up by now if they were not involved in some way or another..More delusion if peeps don't think that they have gotten wind of SNRS..Enjoy the weekend...
