Not to be an adversary, but you really need to delve into the history of this company, I have, I actually have boxes of HEMI office records left behind by Keith etal, emails, letters, agreements, bills, 1000s of photos, and have a very tight collaboration with the COO now resigned.

Really, Keith appears to have sold the assets of this now shell, and we even know that the local sheriff iss hunting him down for NSF checks. Hell he even had to sell the lease pickup in Kansas to pay one of his employees.

You are obviously welcome to post here and to engage us, also register at the website to participate privately with other shareholders that control over 38 million shares of the common stock, and that number goes up daily as more and more shareholders register at the website.
