I understand the market tiers.

I must have misunderstood what he was stating.

I was thinking that he "insinuated" that they went from Current to QB, and was "as of today" showing quotes on OTC Markets.

To my knowledge, OTC Markets have always shown quotes on FBCD, no?

I understand the Tiers, I just hadn't been following FBCD on that link, only the OTC BB site.
