Yes, because the market is rigged by corrupted brokers and MM's that work in tandem. Any company on the pinksheets have to put up with criminals in their pockets on a daily basis. I am done investing here but am holding almost all the penny medical marijuana stocks and will wait for regulations to kick in. FINRA Rule 4320 has been ignored like almost any other law of finance and economics on these stocks.
