I know you hate the administration, but please make some attempt to keep your facts correct. The administration confronted NK with intelligence data showing that they were in violation of the agreements, which in turn brought about the confession. The only people that were "clueless", naive, and utterly stupid were Clinton and of course Carter, who was given a Nobel prize supposedly in part for this ignorant folly.
By the way, I agree a fair amount with your view of the importance of fundamentals instead of relying only on technicals with the caveat that the shorter the time frame, the more important the technicals.
