THIS is a plus, In an earlier email from Gordon(today at 3:pm) he said they were working on the filings with "(CUSIP, FINRA and OTC Markets Group) as well as the Secretary of State of Nevada."

Then these were updated on the OTC site.
It adds validity to a mans word when he keeps it.
I BELIEVE BYSD HAS A MORE SOLID "POTENTIAL BASE" THAN EVER.
