yes i understand this, just i was wondering if they or anyone needs to prove if that company making the offer is actually solvent or has the means to make such an offer ?
or can SNRS still back out of it saying that the party couldn't offer the goods after doing solid DD, kind of how they got out of the deal with Nourtech last year also, claiming that Nourtech did not/could not deliver on the requested deposit.
