There is a way around the OTC trade trigger ban.
conditional orders.
Sell 1 share KBLB limit $1, If that order executes, Buy 101 shares KBLB limit $0.90. This of course costs you an extra $10

Not saying that this is a good thing to do, just that it is possible.
