I would guess the nukes are for bullying purposes. But in light of the fact that many of the problems that now beset the United States are from Bush’s inclination to alienate the rest of the world this makes no sense.

These nukes even rusted with cobwebs are an ‘in your face’ move that will further disaffect countries and there will be repercussions from the world community.

I absolutely agree about Migo. The only thing wrong with his posts are that they are too few and far between.
