To my knowledge, only the CT's have the guarantee of the subordinate class. The subordinate bonds never even had it IMO.
But the Bank of New York, Mellion never claimed this guarantee as indenture trustee?
However, I did file under the guarantee for the shares I had at that time, and my claim has been challenged, but continually gets adjourned by the debtors council as my court date approaches. My next court date is June 30th now.
The only noticable difference between the CT's is that when claim forms were sent to the shareholders of record, LHHMQ was the exception. No one received a claim for for LHHMQ, so I have actually traded out of LHHMQ and hold only LEHKQ, LEHLQ, LEHNQ.

All the above is my opinion, after all who would believe me anyway since I drive a 1975 Vega!
