Worked in Alaska welding, a lot of companies are staking claims along rivers that have been gone through years ago. All the left over screened dirt is along the banks,2 stories high. The screens are about 1/2 inch, so everything 1/2 and under is just sitting there, they just took the bigger chunks. Lots of profit w/ the price of gold. When this was being screened the price of gold wasn't even close to what it is now. Wish I was the one doing the mining. Lots of money to be made up there. Between the gold and oil up there AK is by far the richest state, recession never hit there what so ever. The state is booming big time. CATA = $$$$
