To clarify "the TA gag issue" Some TA's do not release the information as a potential liability issue. Transfer Online's policy is to release the information to authorized personnel. Similar reasons as to why lawyers don't like companies to release news with numbers.

Although this is "jmo" for comfort this information is very accurate.
