I would imagine that the patents, etc. would be part of the assetts purchased by Teologis. As to why shareholders were not compensated; most likely there was nothing left after creditors were paid off? IMO, the liabilities must have exceeded the purchase price or Telogis would have acquired RMTD instead of only acquiring the assetts. My opinion only, and I still think RMTD/TElogis owes shareholders an explanation as to where we stand.
