Great post, I'd say put a sticky on it for the mods. This keeps us in perspective.

Also in the official WMI release from 24-May-11 Rosen said that upon POR 7 filing the EC will stay the appeal and upon conifmation of the same they will withdraw with prejudice. Why would the EC do that ? For consideration in exchange for the releases, now in the modifiled POR6 there is a valuable one in section 43.6 FDIC - C. Just tucked in there no matter that JMW has no jurisdiction over it - extra valuable.

TPS or class 19 in POR6 was scheduled to receive 50,000,000 or common shares of JPM. Now Rosen can just add a couple of zeros.
