Nice Post ninjaturtle... I think your post should be sticked, so people can have the newest SEC information to get a hold of them and let them know about all the Lies, Fraud, and inside trading that is going on with Hall of Fame Beverages, HFBG, and all of it's minions !

md: SEC's Microcap Fraud Working Group is real. Its establishment was announced yesterday and is exclusively focused upon fraud as perpetrated by microcap firms, fraud aided and abetted by "gatekeepers" as the SEC artfully terms them. SEC has often been criticized for paying short shrift to pinkie fraud, and they aim to even the scales. See below. SEC Microcap Fraud Working Group would doubtless be extremely interested in hearing all the execrable details about HFB such as HFB PRs false claims of Canada Dry distro and Foodtown orders; the Thomas W. Love fiction; the 'no raise in A/S' lie; HFB pump and dump operations; insiders and paid touts using the wires to pump the stock without disclaimer; and other deceptions ably catalogued on this board: investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=62630982

The new SEC group is quite happy to field calls conveying information and leads on microcap fraud such as perpetrated by HFB. HFBG shareholders who have been victims of the orchestrated HFB scam can contact the Microcap Fraud Working Group at the following numbers.

Contact:
Michael Paley
Assistant Regional Director, SEC’s New York Regional Office
(212) 336-0145

Elisha L. Frank
Assistant Regional Director, SEC’s Miami Regional Office
(305) 982-6392

They may be called ‘penny stocks,’ but victims of microcap fraud can suffer devastating losses,” said Robert Khuzami, Director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. "The SEC’s new Microcap Fraud Working Group is targeting the insiders and promoters, as well as the transfer agents, attorneys, auditors, broker-dealers, and other “gatekeepers” who flourish in the shadows of this less-than-transparent market.”
