That is probably one of the most ridiculous press releases I have ever seen!!!
Although he claims that the phones came equipped with Aerius LogoLens, Bill Luxon does not claim that they were equipped with an Aeruis.
Bill Luxon doesn't even say what he's going to do with these supposed prototype phones, which according to what you claim Bill Luxon e-mailed to you, these prototypes will be retrofitted with Aerius's technology and sent for testing at a CTIA authorized lab.
Furthermore, Bill Luxon supposedly told you that Once the tests are completed the results will be released via PR to the world.
As previously posted here, that's exactly what Bill Luxon did in 2008!!!
Nothing about this PR indicates that Aerius cell phones are being maufactured and about to available for sale by either Aerius (AERS) or MediaG3 (MDGC).
In fact, Bill Luxon has reverted back to his early hype that major carriers might sell the phones.
Luxon added, "Strong interest in selling Aerius phones has been received by major carriers and cell phone retailers as soon as Aerius smart phones become available."
IMO, this is just another in a history of false and misleading press releases from Aerius / Bill Luxon.
