I'm not so sure Carraway has nothing to do with this company any more. What I am concerned about is that the SEC insists on an unbroken list of audited financials going back to Carraway's time and I wonder whether such information exists. The CEO stated the financials would be coming out "on time" and that GRNO was a reporting company. I wonder what the SEC's opinion is of statements like that.
