what makes you think this list is final and conclusive ? Of course it is good it was not in that list, but there is no way of knowing if it will show up on "next week list", or if indeed the PR's have been verified. Again, so far this year SNRS hasn't made any claims which can be proven to be false, they are just "still working on it". Like with Nourtech, maybe that company does exist as a one man operation in Lebanon, just a small shop. Is the SEC going to investigate when there is a legal LOI document, if Nourtech actually had/has the money to try and offer 0.003 a share back then ? I don't think so.
SNRS needs to move based on it executing its business plan, not from the "false comfort" that APple hasn't sued them yet and teh SEC haven't halted them yet.

there are stocks suspended on quite frequent basis. This is not one big sweep in which ALL stocks have been investigated and suspended. It happens on a frequent basis, we have no way of knowing if SEC is currently investigating , or has finished its investigation.

"Why couldn’t the SEC forewarn
investors that it was about to suspend
trading in a stock?
The SEC cannot announce that it’s working on a
suspension. We conduct this work confidentially to
maintain the effectiveness of any related investigation
we may be conducting. Confidentiality also protects
a company and its shareholders if the SEC ultimately
decides not to issue a trading suspension. The SEC
is mindful of the seriousness of suspensions, and
carefully considers whether it is in the public interest
to order a trading suspension."
