Monthly Branded and Generic Lovenox Scripts

I’ve converted Rocky’s weekly script numbers to average weekly
figures for each month, which gives a better picture of the trend.
Since the launch of generic Lovenox on 7/23/10, the generic has
increased the script share in every month and reached 86.1% in
May. The big bump in Mar 2011 is explained in #msg-62029438.
