tpbbls -- yes, and the rest of that whole complex of issues -- important disappointments/disagreements with Obama on some of those, yes -- but his administration has been a substantial improvement over dubya&co -- and, almost certainly not coincidentally, a lot more effective than they were to boot -- I've said http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=62768966 ; can't say I consider Awlaki a particularly good test case for defining the limit to such action -- to a(n even) greater extent now than when that article was published, I believe it's fair to say, he's pretty fucking open and notorious, and not just in terms of exercising his First Amendment rights
