Very well. The defense has obviously decided they need more time to prepare their case. I move we adjourn court until after dinner tonight.

After five polite invitations requesting his appearance here, another "fail to appear" may convince the jury that the defendent, Even, indeed has something to hide.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
