Tea Party, schmea party. They're repubs any way we look at it. They run on the Repub ticket. If they were seriously different, they would run as Independents. Neither party has ever not raised the ceiling. Again, when it gets down to the nitty gritty, politicians don't ever cut their own spending. It gets shifted, but never cut.
