click replied to, see SMA20 is dashed line and SMA50 is blue line. in Institutional chart SMA20 crossed down awhile back, in SPX chart it just crossed, in Nasdaq and in DOW it has yet to cross. Who do you believe, the Institutions or the DOW? LOL

note my SMA10 (thick darker blue_ crossed the SMA20 (dashed line which is the centerline of Bollinger Bands), awhile back.
