As the Dow improved throughout the recession i noticed the penny market declining. and when the recession was at full peak the penny market did well considering the conditions.

The penny start market is not based on fundamentals.... So unless its a momo play based on natural disasters the penny stock market normally doesn’t follow whats going on in this world... if anything when traders flock from real stocks they come to the pennys so it may help
