Now I know you are not really a lawyer.

If a woman rejects you and makes it clear that she does not want to talk to you or have anything to do with you and yet you continue to taunt, show up, and interfere, usually that's called "stalking".

If you follow the woman everywhere she goes and continue to intimidate her, that's stalking.

But if she continues to come to the place you are already at, that is not stalking.

If you are truly a lawyer I question the intelligence of your professors.
