I don't think so but again it is part of the process of getting from point A to point B. While we may not know every step of the way or who IHSN10 was i.e. a group of individual investors who failed to meet DD or financial obligations etc, we do know this is one step toward getting a clean shell free of other obligations and legal issues from disolvement of the old IHSN/HM3 operations.
