Do you mean that the number of Authorized Shares is 15 million or do you mean that it is the "same" as before (i.e., billions)? If it is the same as before the RS, what is that amount?

If AS is actually 15 million, might I suggest that a pr pertaining to AS and OS be released to clarify any misconceptions that potential investors might have. Preferably stating that there are no intentions to increase AS in the foreseeable future. This is the type of information that potential investors desire.
