You didn't ask me, but I think it's pretty clear if you are fluent in MiMa-speak.

In a nutshell, they are tired of being held accountable to shareholders and having to answer to them for the stuff they throw out there.

It creates another layer of fog so people won't know who to go after when the stuff hits the fan. If there's news that turns out to be false, the company will ultimately be to blame, but they'll be unreachable, an IR won't exist and MiMa can say "Hey, we were just hired to do the momo flight for a week or two, we're not responsible for the news accuracy."

It doesn't really matter though because MiMa is their clients and their clients are MiMa no matter how they want to try to present themselves or what label they chose to use on any given day.
