Debtors' Notice of Intent to File Objections to Form of the Order Confirming the Charlestown Plan (6/01/11)

The Debtors are requesting that the Court not enter any order or findings until the expiration of the 10-day period (6/10/11), and after the Court has a full opportunity to review objections to the Proposed Order and Proposed Findings.

Local Bankruptcy Rule 9021-1(b)(3)(B)

Separate Objection to Proposed Order. Opposing counsel may, within 7 days after service of a copy of a proposed order prepared pursuant to this rule, file and serve an objection to the form of the order, setting forth the grounds therefor.

Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9006(f)

When there is a right or requirement to act or undertake some proceedings within a prescribed period after service and that service is by mail or under Rule 5(b)(2)(D), (E), or (F) F.R.Civ.P., three days are added after the prescribed period would otherwise expire under Rule 9006(a).
