Current EXPU share structure, per call to T/A today @ 1:30 pm:

Outstanding Shares
243,610,361

Authorized Shares
450 Million

I requested that they re-check the Outstanding Share total (since it was 263,610,361 previously) and he did. He went back to April 30th and re-confirmed the 243,610,361 figure. He said the 263 figure was a mistake. Could someone else please call to verify this? The phone # is 602-485-1346. Sounded strange since TAKI and I were both given the 263 number on separate occasions, previously.
