Why would you think Dilution is ok, it only hurts the shareholders. If I had 250 million dollars coming into my company, I wouldn't be selling stock I would be buying.
Somebody posted that Ramo would be worth 2 to 3 dollars when they get paid for this deal, why are we at 3 cents.
