The decline in the PPS has more to do with the short interest here than it does the management. 50% short volume for almost all of last week including yesterday. Shotrts are walking us down and it will continue to happen until they either run out of shares to short or management releases the PR everyone is expecting. I personally, after doing my DD find these prices too low to pass up. Looks like a good place to start a position.
