Think about it. If you ran a company that was shipping a product into the U.S. for the first time, and that product had been blackballed by the FDA for years would you ship a large shipment? What if that shipment didn't pass customs and was being held indefinitely? Then you were out product to sell elsewhere.
Now SFIO can ship the same product with increased volume into the U.S. with little worries of it not passing customs due to a traceable history of passing customs.
