OT - Biotech Fundamentals

and the fundamentals

OldBerkeley- Can you give me some pointers on fundamental analysis of biotechs? I learned CANSLIM but traditional fundamental analysis really doesnt seem to apply... what can i conclude from negative EPS and no ROE or ROA? Most of these companies have no revenue to speak of.

The only thing that appears to make a difference in this crazy game is CASH and NEWS and to a lesser extent institutuional ownership and % short.
