I agree with that phrase. But I think that is not the case with
CPOW investors, since we do have what we consider the minimum information as to make an educated bet.
In my experience, I've observed in most other companies, a considerable jump
in the pps BEFORE the financial reports confirming the revenues, since by then, it wouldn't be a 'bet',
a 'risk', and you would've lost the opportunity to buy an undervalued' stock.
IMO, CPOW is one of those rare opportunities to buy under-value,
and in the middle of all this odd pps behavior, shorts, MM manipulations,
Dec-Jan P&D, new regulations, etc., pps could make a sustainable run up
at any time if everything continues progressing in the right direction.
