You make me laugh because I can never figure out whose side you are on. I would think shareholders of TelVue would like to see this stock go up. 38 cents or 50 cents. Who cares? We are not talking here about pennies. Those in this stock, accumulating and holding are waiting for REAL money not a crappy 50 cents a share. This stock is like a spring that has been wound up so tight it won't just poke someone's eye out it will take their head clean off.
