Really hard to say. This is the first mailing I've received from them. However, in looking at COYR's chart, I don't see any pps run-ups on volume spikes that would indicate "pumping." There was a nice run in February/March, but the price is now down to where it was at the beginning of that run, so it's unlikely that was the "pump" for this mailing. Just go with your gut on this one, IMO.
