I got my starter kit @ 9:340 this morning. I smoke between 1 to 2 packs per day (Marlboro)
It's now 3:pm I have only smoked 3 Marlboro today.
The RE/AL are working. The only reason I smoked the 3 Marlboro was to see if I really needed to smoke them.
I'm already starting to prefer the RE/AL over the Marlboro.
I didn't think that anything could replace Marlboro.
The next few weeks will tell. As of right now the RE/AL are satisfying the Nicotine fits that I would be having.
