I'm not one of those believers, that we had them by the balls. When i have you by the balls, I SQUEEZE...I believe the two uncertainties, that EC could win the IT allegations or the Hedge could win the IT allegation argument, brought us together, that and the fact the continued cost of litigation was bleeding us dry.....
With that said TPS could derail this if the terms are unsatisfactory to them? or the judge if The distribution tree and P relationship are severely violated, I guess it is by how much everyone is willing to accept....in regards to a halt, it's possible..all it takes is one of the parties to ask the JMW and she so orders it
