MGM Expresses Intent in Distributing

A-List Feature Film's “A Fonder Heart.”


HOLLYWOOD, CA. May 26, 2011 – A-List Feature Films, Inc., recently acquired by RCC Holdings Corporation (RCCH:PK), announced today that MGM (Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer) Studios has expressed intent in distributing A-List's full-length 35mm feature film, “A FONDER HEART.”

James D. Brubaker, one of Hollywood’s most successful producers, will produce “A Fonder Heart”. Eleven of Mr. Brubaker's feature films have grossed more than $125 million, including Jim Carrey’s (“Liar Liar,” “Bruce Almighty,” “Ace Ventura”), Eddie Murphy’s (“The Nutty Professor I & II”), Sylvester Stallone’s (“Rocky III, IV” & “Cobra”). Mr. Brubaker has won awards for Angelina Jolie’s “Gia” and “All The Right Stuff.”

A-List Feature Films, Inc. was formed to produce commercial feature motion pictures. A-List will focus on high-concept family dramedies. A "high concept" movie is a film whose theme is universally interesting for all demographics, involving an empathetic hero dealing with universal personal issues. High concept scripts are entertaining storylines that appeal emotionally and artistically to a wider audience. High concept movies are the most successful genre in filmmaking. A-List's strategy is to film and distribute high concept, low-budget movies with proven box office stars.
