The GLOBAL WARMING POLICY FOUNDATION (GWPF) was founded in London in 2009 and describes itself as a NON-partisan organization which is focused on the ... "Objective Analysis of Man-Made Global Warming (MMGW)." Membership in the GWPF is made up of both advocates and critics of MMGW.
