*CNBC Watch - Meterologist Joe Bastardi... this guy is something else... he was just dead serious, but something that clicked in my mind was that last year, I believe he may have been the first mass media to call the U-turn on some hurricane that was off the Atlantic by Bermuda, sure enough, it made some crazy turn and headed back into the U.S. coast... it was rather strange... at first the storm wanted to hit the coast as a tropical storm, but then it went back out to sea, strengthened to about 125 or 130 mph and headed back in!!!...

Now he's saying there will be at least 1 or 2 major hurricanes in the gulf this year that will shut down the oil rigs... this is big news.

Also anyone interested in weather control technology that has existed for years, should research Russia's technology (which surpasses the United States') & the U.S' very own HAARP... also see how they can "seed" clouds, etc.

I've been watching the weather since I was 7, and I've noticed some strange occurrences over the recent history, I'm sure this year will be no different regarding both natural disasters, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, droughts, etc.
