Let's just be obscene for fun and say the $20/hour dudes work 60 hours a week, get time and a half for the extra 20 hours.

That comes out to $72,800 per year in salary and $1,019,200 per year grand total for all 14 workers working 60 hours a week and getting over time.

That's $254,800 per quarter using insanely conservative numbers (since it should only require less than 6 employees, not 14)....

For a process capable of making over $1 million worth of fuel per quarter.
