YES. If the finding that "lower molecular weight of copolymer is actually less toxic" is ACTUALLY TRUE AND EVIDENCED AND NOT BASED ON FALSEHOOD I think it is a novel finding and improves safety profile of a drug that may already be in market and whose original patent may have expired

It is incremental innovation.
