NAK/Anglo have always been challenged with Legal issues. This goes without saying that there will be plenty of hurdles. But the fact that the US Government is finally realizing we need to get the move on in respect to our natural resources, that US Senators have offered a bill to develop, the fact that if we don't do something, the USA will become a 3rd world country...(And I know, I have been to many and I can see the same things beginning to happen here), I believe those legal battles will be won. Everything takes time....and this is huge.

LBSR, well, things will be a bit easier for them once the initial battles are fought - there will be a proven game plan.

Nord - I have no way of knowing if they are a target for merger, acquisition, or what. I don't think they have the financial muscle to be a buyer though.

There could be some dilution coming, but the amount will dwarf the value that will be added here soon enough....again, this is all in my humble opinion from watching LBSR for going on 7 years.

ZTEM - ZTEM - ZTEM

And remember, Alaska is not our only property. North Pipes will get legs of it's own soon enough...and I am really not in doubt that one of the companies on the ANNEX B list could possibly be interested in it. Remember now, Liang and Othon were on their trips to China and the Middle-East long before the Fukushima accident. China is very hungry for uranium still, and I don't think the Japan incident is slowing them down in any way shape or form.

Just my thoughts, you need to look at ALL of the LBSR land claims, not just concentrate on Alaska. ALASKA IS HUGE, but Arizona is no sleeper. Especially with MLV now enlisted.
