so many unanswered questions regarding this company from the 06 beginning with 4500-5000kg of gold ore stored in sheds in madagagascar to their may 07 pr of exponential growth followed by the july-aug 07 200-1 reverse and a 50 pr campaign during this period apparently to sell billions of shares.now almost 5 years later nothing on madagascar mining but their website is only about madagascar.yet no revenue ever mentioned from madagascar but they mine at 8 locations in madagascar according to their website..through 07 prom held about 190 perimeters in madagascar but around 08-09 some were sold according to financials ..now recently the long held ABFG-WINMAX STONES and WOODS perimeters are added in the prom financials which are around the DIEGO SUAREZ area ...in 01-02 timeframe , we were told by high profile person there, abfg mined for sapphires maybe rubies or some emeralds too in this area...no information really on any mining detail but occasionally prom will announce they sold gold or gold concentrate from the unknown.imo we knew prom purchased some rights to land in ghana end of 07 and the financials mention they purchased $4.5 million in new mining equipment around 09 timeframe but no pictures ..madagascar gold and gems ltd was mentioned as a subsidiary in ghana with the new coo,cfo ,and director SHYAM VASNANI running the show there but no further details..now we find the COMMERCE.COM TW AD where MADAGASCAR GOLD AND GEMS LTD can offer up to 250 kg gold dust a month on demand i imagine and another portal about MADAGASCAR GOLD AND GEMS LTD and a bunch of other services with possible vendor associations.I mentioned the THAI company GEMSELECT cause strangely their non heated natural expensive sapphires come from the diego suarez mine in madagascar where STONES and WOODS sapphire PERIMETERS are located.all shareholders holding here a long time pretty much have been really beaten up by these principals not trying to ever show value to elevate our price so we feel their moves only benefit themselves mostly to dump more shares.likewise its very possible if prom really mines in madagascar the revenue went elsewhere or the products mined went elsewhere with no benefit to shareholders.so seeing this new MADAGASCAR GOLD AND GEM PORTAL with the various vendors like GEMSELECT makes me wonder whether prom kept us in the dark so to speak to enrich themselves at our expense..they again have never been shareholder proactive.imo stones and woods eventually consisted over 30 perimeters some long term some expiring after a few years about 2000-1.imo...present time have no idea as to the area or perimeter size.imo

Mr. Georges Rasamimanana and Mr. Fred Rakotoarimalala carried out a
reconnaissance investigation and appraisal of the potential of several
perimeters, comprising a total of 13 carreaux, owned by the company "Suzannah
and Sons" and Stones and Wood. Eight (8) of these 13 carreaux are now part of
ABFG's property holdings in northern Madagascar. The field work was completed
during the period from 29 August to 30 September, 1998.
