29 is more appropriate... IMHNO!!! lolzzz ... I would also still love to be 29 
21 is too young... when I was 21, we did not even have the internet yet... except for the biggest geeks in the world at the time before windows... lolzzzz oh wow... 
... actually I think it would be better to go back there... things were much more fun not being consumed by this internet stuff ... 
... grew up in the mid to late 70's and 80's weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
