LOL, yeah if downie's predictions came true, I'd be eating t-bones for beakfast on my private carib island. I'll be thrilled with the low end of his range. I'd only have a beachfront place in FLA then.

Time will tell, but if the other leases pan out, there's no reason we can't get over a buck here.
