People who know more may correct me, but I believe the properties where obtained when gold was at a much lower price making the gold on the properties barely worth going for. The gold is very fine, some of it hard to see with the naked eye, the new Centrifuges are known for recovering this fine gold. Mitch's theory (and I believe he is correct) is that being able to process Huge amounts of gold bearing soils will be the key to running a successful (Green(NO CHEMICAL(no Arsenic leaching)mine.
I think the estimate is 12 to 15 years on this property alone.
