of course if its done by goldmans or boa or any of the to big to fail bankers its all perfectly legal...

which leads one to wonder why do government officials consistantly always do better and beat the market... when does it become insider trading or passing laws to better ones portfolio of companies.

and not look out for the interest of the people but the big business donors that paid to put you in office....
